  • RF Reformer | Lite (beginner)

    Our LITE class is a welcoming and supportive space for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine their technique. This 45-minute, full-body workout focuses on form, precision, and coordination, helping you build strength and confidence at your own pace.

    No prior experience? No problem! You'll be guided through fundamental Pilates movements with multiple spring options and modifications to suit your body and goals. And remember—you don’t have to move on to Open! Many of our members love staying in LITE for a controlled, technique-focused workout that still delivers great results.

    Not suitable during pregnancy. Please attend our “Prenatal Friendly” classes for a safe and supportive option.

  • RF reformer | OPEN (EXPERIENCED)

    For those ready to take the next step, OPEN LEVEL offers a more dynamic and challenging workout. Designed for experienced beginners through to advanced clients, this 45-minute class builds on Pilates fundamentals with increased intensity, strength work, and refined coordination.

    You'll have the option to modify or progress exercises to suit your ability while continuously pushing yourself. Since this class moves at a faster pace, we recommend completing at least five (5) LITE classes before joining. Our instructors will guide you when you're ready.

  • RF reformer | Lite Prenatal friendly (beginner)

    Our LITE PRENATAL class is designed for expectant mothers who want to maintain strength, mobility, and stabilityin a safe and supportive environment. This 45-minute session follows Pilates principles while incorporating pregnancy-safe modifications to adapt to your changing body.

    With a focus on core stability, posture, and controlled movement, this class helps you stay active while preparing for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. Our instructors provide careful guidance to ensure you move safely and confidently.

    To participate, we require written clearance from your doctor or obstetrician before attending. Please email this to info@reformerfactory.com.au prior to your first session.

  • RF reformer | HIIT (open)

    Push your limits! HIIT combines Pilates principles with fast-paced, full-body movements for an intense, high-energy workout. This 45-minute session is designed to build strength, endurance, and stamina while keeping impact low on your joints.

    Expect quick transitions, dynamic exercises, and resistance-based movements, with options to modify or progress. This class is best suited for intermediate to advanced movers who want to challenge themselves and maximize results.

    Our 45-minute Mat Pilates classes are open-level, making them perfect for beginners with plenty of modifications or for those looking to advance their workout. In a non-heated room, this session blends traditional Pilates movements with light weight training and bursts of dynamic cardio for a full-body challenge.

    Using small equipment, you'll work on muscle tone, balance, and stability, while moving through a fun, engaging, and effective workout. Whether you're refining your technique or looking to push yourself further, this class is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and energized in a comfortable, climate-controlled space.

  • RF mat | hot pilates

    Ready to turn up the heat? This 45-minute Hot Pilates class challenges your strength, endurance, and mental resilience in a 34°C heated room, delivering an intensified, full-body burn. While modifications are available, be prepared to sweat, work hard, and push yourself further.

    We combine traditional Pilates, light weights, small equipment, and bursts of dynamic cardio to elevate your heart rate and build strength. The heat enhances flexibility, boosts circulation, and increases intensity, making this a powerful and energizing workout.

    If you're looking for a high-energy, sweat-inducing challenge, this class will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

  • RF MAT | Warm restorative yoga

    Our Warm Restorative Yoga is a 1-hour class held in a 24°C heated room, designed to guide you through a slow, mindful flow. Moving through poses, this class focuses on breath connection, gentle movement, and nervous system nourishment to promote deep relaxation and balance.

    Infused with Yin Yoga principles, this session incorporates grounding breathwork and guided meditation to calm the mind and cultivate inner stability. It’s the perfect way to unwind, reset, and restore.

  • rf mat | hot vinyasa yoga

    Bringing the heat to your practice, our Hot Vinyasa class is a 50-minute guided session in a 34°C heated room. This dynamic flow explores asanas (strong postures) while promoting breath-to-movement connection, helping to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

    Expect to elevate your heart rate and body temperature as you move through a challenging yet fluid sequence. Suitable for all levels, with modifications provided to support your practice.
