RF Lite (beginner)
This is a great place to start your pilates journey with us but is also suitable for those who are wanting to fine tune their pilates technique - with multiple spring options and advancements available.
Our beginner classes are a great 50 minute workout to concentrate on your form, and precision, and improve coordination.

RF OPEN
Open level is the next step up from RF Lite, with more advancements for those who are wanting to step up their pilates game up. Open is suitable for all levels of fitness. There will be both beginner and advanced options given.

RF HIIT (open)
Ready for a heart pounding class? A full body workout, this class will have you sweaty and shaking. Maximum impact to ensure you burn maximum calories but still with the pilates principles, kind on your joints.
